6/26: He was very nice and respectful. He Was not very experienced with Google install. I helped with the online instructions. I Paid $195 for service call. We did not have the wall plate to be installed with unit. Still need that installed. 6/29: Tech returned to install the wall plate. He still was unsure even after following the schematic instructions. This made what should’ve been a 15 minute visit a 30 minute visit, now costing another $60. I’m trying to save on energy bill, but at what cost? Next time, I’ll read the instructions and I’ll install things myself. Too expensive.

Paul and Cindy were very professional in all ways in a recent complicated wooden fence repair. From the quotation and organization of the materials and scheduling to the workmanship of the able crew on the job. We were very pleased with the attention to detail. Including a thorough clean up.
