Alex sold my apartment for me in 2019. It required a lot of updating before it went on the market. I had difficulty with traveling to supervise the work, but Alex was willing to take much of that on, which frankly went above and beyond my expectations. He worked well with buyers and their agents, and the place sold quickly and without too many bumps in the road. At the same time, again because of my transportation difficulties, he picked me up and returned me home repeatedly (a distance of 15 miles each way) to look at new places in Jenkintown, quite close to his office. I couldn’t ask for more.
