Alex is a wonderful realtor. He is an expert in his field, patient, detail-oriented and a great communicator. I never knew working with a realtor could be so great! In addition to Alex's superb real estate skills are , he is overall a wonderful human. We had him drive to properties all over OR and WA for years and every time he came prepared with a smile on his face. He truly cares about finding the best home for your family and making the right decisions. During our last complicated purchase, he was so incredibly thorough with inspections and ending up catching an potentially troublesome issue with the title. It all worked out wonderfully thanks to Alex's attention to detail and professionalism. I saw someone else on here write this, but it's worth stating again... I never knew in hiring a realtor, we'd find a friend.

Alex Ney is truly the best realtor ever!! Trustworthy, knowledgeable, focused, willing, helpful, available, and caring. Alex loves his job and it is very apparent in how he shows up for his clients. I’m not just saying that. Alex relishes in watching sewer scope videos. He is excited, cautious, and curious (in the best ways) about potential homes for his clients - it is fundamentally important to Alex that he help his clients get the home they love, and that that home is in the best condition it can be. He is not here to just sell you a house. He wants to help you find the house that makes sense for you. We used Alex to buy and sell late 2021/ early 2022. Alex’s extensive knowledge of Portland metro real estate was instrumental in helping us win the competitive bidding war to buy our current house. He helped us write an offer that beat out 8 others, gave great advice when we got nervous, and calmly answered our one million questions one at a time! When we went to sell our old house, Alex’s strategy with staging and listing got us 11 offers, all over asking. When our buyer fell through, Alex hopped on the phone and got a backup within the hour. The whole time, he stayed calm, collected, and focused. We are so grateful to Alex for all he did to help us buy and sell. We LOVE our house and wouldn’t be here without Alex. Thank you Alex Ney!!
