First time home buyer here. Trusting Ali as my real estate (RE) agent is one of the best decisions of my life. We beat 17 offers in just a short amount of time. The house got everything we need (and more) with solar power, auto lock system, central AC. The price is amazing for such a well-conditioned house, plus the location, location, location. My whole story: My wife was browsing on Redfin for house "window shopping" on Monday. We were not sure yet about one. Then there comes a really specific house we liked, and it's just a block away from one of our friend's house (call him K). However, we didn't know any RE agent. We hadn't even prepared any pre-approval letters. Suddenly, there was a Friday-night party at K's place, which is just near that house. By accident, I met Ali at that party. She said she's just seen a house close by and completely loved it. My wife and I knew that's the one and asked her if she could take us a tour. She said yes. Oh boy, we were flooded with the thinking "Yes! This is our house". Then she said: "If you want it, I'll make it happen". On Saturday, she looped us with a loan officer. On Sunday, we get back with a pre-approval letter. By the next Tuesday evening, our offer wins the other 17 ones. You heard it right, we saw the house and got it in 5 days!!! Thank you Ali!!!
