Alicia is a very good realtor. Not only does she go out of her way to help you, but she listens to what you say you want. She picked out the homes to show and they were all spot on. Alicia literally spent most of her Saturday with me and was so helpful and easy to talk to. She made a very long day seem short and she helped me pick out exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend Alicia to anyone needing someone who listens to their needs, is so helpful and understanding and very easy to work with. Alicia is amazing! She is very communicative, attentive, and incredibly helpful. She really knows her stuff and we felt confident that we could definitely get our dream house with her. We ended up having to switch gears to renting because of the market and our timetable, and she continued to help us throughout our whole process. She’s supportive, understanding, and very knowledgeable about the buying and renting markets. We would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or rent in the area. She also took a lot of time to explain how everything works to us because we’re brand new to considering buying and it was amazing to have someone break down everything we needed to know and we feel so much more prepared for when we are ready to buy (and if we buy in this region we would want to stay with Alicia!).
