Found some great deals for appliances at this shop. Staff here is friendly and very helpful with all the questions I had. Monica helped me with the checkout process and everything went great! Highly recommend this shop. I will come back to buy more appliances in future.

I had an excellent experience shopping here for a new kitchen with some deep discounts. Some of the appliances aren't damaged at all, but cost significantly less than at Home Depot. The staff were warm and friendly not at all like pushy salespeople you find at other places. The moment I arrived Andrea heard my phone was out of juice and quickly produced a charger!

I have bought appliances for rentals and my home through Sears Outlet/American Freight for 20 years. Recently, I bought an "out-of-box" new Whirlpool refrigerator here. Monica is an excellent manager--I hope she gets recognized by the company. My husband and I also thought Radim and Paul were great to deal with. We had lots of questions that were answered patiently. Love that they all have a sense of humor even when working under pressure!

I needed a new laundry dryer for a rental unit where the laundry is in the garage. American Freight had a Kenmore unit (with a dent on the front side - it's in the garage so I'm not concerned about that) for $150 less than the cheapest model (of various brands) that I could find at other stores. The staff were pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. They answered questions but didn't pressure. If you are ok with items that have some cosmetic damage (it varies depending on what you are looking for and what they have in stock) then they are definitely worth a look. I did feel their delivery fees were a bit high, but that's probably more a sign of current costs than it is of their business (I was able to haul this unit myself). I would buy from them again without hesitation and would recommend them to others.

Monica is the best! Words cannot express how grateful we are to her. She is a brilliant, kind lady who made us feel at ease right away and settled an issues that we've been dealing with for months. We left there very happy. They have a great staff and I highly recommend buying your next appliance at American Freight.
