Diana from Orlando leasing team was amazing. She made things easy for my family and she was able to find me an approved me for a home in Orlando super quick. I have been doing business with AH4R for the last 4 years. 3 1/2 of those years in NC but the employees from AH4R here in FL are hands down the best. The friendliest , the most organized and the quickest to get things resolved. I’m very impressed. THANK YOU.

DO NOT RENT!!! We had Little to no Issues with moving in and while living there. Our property manager was always courteous and maintenance guys were always on time and courteous. HOWEVER!!! They will try and keep ALL of your deposit for Fraudulent and Dishonest Reasons. MAKE SURE YOU TAKE PICTURES AND VIDEOS WHEN MOVING IN/ MOVING OUT!!!! We Did This And Unless I Go To Court Will Be Losing Half of My Deposit. They Are Charging Us for Repairs That Should Have Been Done Before We Moved In. Charging Us For Things We Shouldn't Have Been and I Have VERY Clear Proof That They Are Being Dishonest & Keeping Money That Is NOT Theirs. I read All These Reviews Before We Moved In & Thought Wow Can't Wait to Leave This Company a Nice Review Because Our 2 Year Rental Was Pretty Issue Free, DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!! Don't End Up Like Us, Regretting and Eating Over $1000.00 Due to Their VERY Dishonest Business Practices!

Horrific company to work with! The professionalism does not exist, the response time will take weeks or even months. They will tell promise you one thing and never deliver on the agreement. It took 5 months to resolve a problem that took 15mins to solve. Then another 3 months to resolve another problem that could have been handled on one day. The management takes their sweet time getting back to you about anything and everything and the responses are cold and don't address the full issues, therefore there is a constant back and forth. I can honestly say I am happy, no thrilled to never have to work with them again, nor will I ever recommend this company. Our property manager Melanie Sotomayer was less than helpful without constant follow-up on my part and even then it took weeks for a response. I spoke with the higher ups and they were combative and "their way or the highway". They had no problem taking my money month after month (on time) but would never admit to a mistake on their part. Additional if you tried to contact anyone via phone, and leave a message they will not call you back. The amount of messages I have left.... The stories continue but I will leave it there.

My experience with Maria Hummer is been great, she took the time to answer all my questions in regards to renewing my lease, because our rental payment history she was able to accommodate our needs.
