Annette was an amazing realtor for us first time home buyers. We came in informed about the house buying process based on our previous experience and knew what we wanted in a realtor: Someone who works promptly and in detailed fashion so that we won’t miss out on the opportunity to make an offer on a house that we love. That is exactly what Annette provided. Her communication skills are excellent, giving us details and recommendations regarding the property during the home search and closing process that we would have never thought of but ultimately benefited us. She makes clear what tasks are on us to complete and what tasks she will complete, making the whole home buying process very easy. In the end, we only needed to bid on one house and we got it! Annette never made us feel pressured to offer any specific amount or to do anything that we were uncomfortable with. She only offered solid recommendations regarding what would likely result in a good offer or an even better one. Her closing team was also very easy to work and communicate with. She also has great recommendations for lenders, and insurance options. Still can’t speak for her recommendations for contractors to do renovations though. We highly recommend Annette and her team at Legacy Key Homes as your realtor particularly in the competitive wake county market! 11/10!!!

We were moving from New England to North Carolina when we met Anette Moore from Legacy Key homes at an open house. After a few minutes of speaking to Annette we decided she was the realtor for us! And she ended up being the MOST helpful and knowledgeable realtor we have ever worked with! She not only helped us find our dream house, she assisted us in finding local contractors and was available to answer questions during the whole process. She went above and beyond in helping us get settled in our new home! I highly recommend her and the team at Legacy Team Homes!

WOW!!!! The video of our property made me want to buy, not sell, I have never seen anything so beautiful. Annette did exactly what we wanted her to do & more. Selling our home with Annette was easier than I could have imagined. If for some reason, I couldn't get something done in a timely manner she stepped up and made it happen. I wish I had on my side for previous sales!
