April recently helped sell my house in Arlington. I had lived there for 29 years so there was a lot to do. April provided guidance and answers from start to finish. Having access to her vast network of contractors, landscapers, movers, etc. meant I didn't have to find them to help prepare the house for sale. Her knowledge of the housing market in Arlington was invaluable. When all the prep work had been done, we put the house on the market and we had a contract in three days. My sale price set a record for our small (13 homes) development. I highly recommend April...a true professional.

April is the absolute BEST agent in the DMV! My husband and I started working with April after a horrible experience with a different agent. She quickly found us our perfect house! As first time homebuyers and new to the DMV, we had tons of questions. April was patient and thoroughly explained things, and was always available to show us properties. She also really cares about her clients ending up in the right house and neighborhood, and she is so knowledgeable about all the different areas, (which was super helpful coming from NYC). I'm beyond happy that we found the perfect house, but I'm so sad that I won't get to see April anymore - she is THAT good! We will one million percent use April again for our next house.
