Arlington Realty, Inc., was formed in 1984 by a brother and sister team – Ike Seekford and Virginia Seekford Smith, who were born and raised on a farm in Luray, Va., in the Shenandoah Valley. Prior to forming the company, Ike was employed by the city of Washington, D.C., and Virginia was an Arlington County government employee. The firm grew rapidly from a modest start as a brother and sister partnership to more than 20 realtors, many of whom became Top Producers as well. Arlington Realty, Inc., was highly honored in 1991 when Virginia Smith achieved the status of 4th Top Producing Agent amongst 10,000 of her colleagues in Northern Virginia. She was also ranked 7th in Total Production in 1996, and was ranked in the Top 20 in Total Production in 1999 and 2003.

I mostly worked with Becky B. they were very responsive to my email and i never had an issue with Arlington Realty. they even worked with me when i had to leave my lease. S S5 StarI have been looking to buy a new home for awhile and Arlington Realty helped me find the perfect place. The staff is very friendly and wanted to help me find the best option for me with my budget and area of desire. Aaron and Sevi were amazing and know everything about each neighborhood in the D.C. area. I was looking for homes primarily in Arlington and D.C. Sevi was amazing and showed me many good options. Sevi made it really easy by communicating well (via phone, email, text, and in person).
The Washington D.C. real estate market can be difficult, but Arlington Realty came through and guided me along the paper work process to buying my home. A friend of mine recommend Arlington Realty, as she had a great experience with them with her rental. Arlington Reality was the perfect choice when looking for my home. If you want to live in Arlington you should contact Sevi! He knows how to get the job done in Arlington. He has gotten me and many friends on mine into great locations in south Arlington’s tough market. If you want to get a home go with this team they really made this process the easiest one. I couldn’t be more happy.
Arlington Reality hooked my up with a fantastic loan office (John Lam) who guided me through the financial process. John answered all my questions and was able to talk during the late afternoon hours which made working with him a breeze. Highly recommend.
