If I could give ASAP storage in Temple a negative amount of stars I would. I’m not sure if it’s the owners or the employees that are responsible for such horrible behavior and rudeness. More importantly these people are crooks. At the moment they are trying to get us for $3k for supposedly hitting the key pad with a Uhaul rental. They must not remember that they’ve had terrible problems with the key pad. It’s pretty convenient that they suddenly say it’s broken from OUR U-Haul. I’m sure at some point in the 2-3 years that we’ve had multiple units there that someone has tapped that thing with a car window. My pictures of the so called destroyed key pad say different 🙄🙄. I never write reviews, especially long petty ones like this, however when you bug me about paying for storage units that are cleaned out, I get a tad angry. The previous owners were great.... I’ll see your stupid claim with our USAA insurance, which we have because my husband is a disabled army veteran!!!!!

Nice storage units, but be prepared to not have access after 9pm or before 7am!! Overall, staff is friendly and helpful and the units are clean and bug free.
