The worst management company ever. I've owned this townhouse for 20 years, plus worked with other management companies here. I've never seen anything like this. They do not have a direct phone number for an office in my area (Mt Laurel). They have an 800 number, when I call, the person just takes a message, they put in a "ticket" and I never hear back from anyone. They tell me to give it time for them to respond. They recently took over our association and raised the condo fee by $37. My prior management companies never raised the fee in 20 years. They want more money and I can't even get a response to simple questions. I intend to let the Board members know so they can re-evaluate if we should keep this management company.

As the President of our condo Association, I have worked with six Associa Managers in about 8 years. The absolute best of them I encountered when our most recent Manager left Associa on medical leave. In that absence I worked with Yana Brown. I found her to be excellent in every category-efficient, prompt, attentive, responsive--adjectives which are not always fitting many others. I had some issues with getting my renovations approved by the HOA counsel. Rosemary Slotter in the management office went above and beyond to help me get my paperwork together. It was very frustrating but Rosemary always had a positive attitude keeping me on track. With her help I finally got it approved. I wish other companies had a person like Rosemary working for them. Jackie H has been helping us with our adjustment to our new home in New Jersey, following a move from Tennessee. Even before we arrived, she helped us through a process of getting approval for a new roof. Since then she has been very helpful as we have asked questions about the process of getting settled in the community. She has always been prompt and thorough in her responses.
