William Paulemon5 StarIt has been incredibly smooth process with Sean Donohue from Bay Management for tenant moving in. He was very courteous and was quick with communications and response.
This has been the best part of my experience. It makes up for what I went through to get the place ready for Sean. I ended up working on turning over the property on my own which took a long time.

Debra Lowrey5 StarWe needed a Management Group for a church parsonage rental. I found Bay Management of Laurel online. I called and Griffin Wills responded the next day. Griffin is truly exceptional. We were impressed with his level of knowledge and about the amount of data he knew about the rental market. We had many obstacles to deal with through our UM Conference , after over a year Griffin stayed with us.
