Actually this is the first but when I look back at Mikes stellar effort was more than worth the time of this review. He is the Real Deal! Residing out of state and city trying to sell a rental property during these times was a large hurdle. The questions asked were answered either by Mike or we were pointed in a reasonable direction. Even thou there were many issues and challenges regarding the sale of the property, he welcomed each issue (as if it was his own) and helped to resolved it. And the sale of this property was far from easy.
