The advice Natalie gave me was spot on. She got the house listed and sold - well over the asking price - in very short order. Everything went smoothly. Natalie was wonderful to work with when we sold a rental house in Arlington. She was tireless, working with us to sell the house while our renters were still living in it. She then carefully coordinated with the buyers and their closing complication so the renters could remain until noon on the last day of the lease. The buyers moved in that afternoon. This saved us a lot of money! Natalie established a fluid, productive relationship with multiple parties (4 renters, sellers, potential buyers and realtor). She attended to all the details to ensure the sale concluded smoothly. We have bought and sold five different properties over the last 19 years and Natalie is the best realtor we've experienced. Not only is she an awesome person, Natalie is thoughtful, kind, conscientious and brings a great sense of humor to her job. And . . . the Bicycle Realtor really does ride her bike to and from work every day!

Natalie was a huge help to us in buying our first house! She answered all of our many questions throughout the process and went above and beyond in helping us select a lender, title company, etc. She was incredibly responsive at every step, setting up showings and pre-inspections within minutes sometimes. And she kept us positive through a pretty brutal housing market. We worked with her for over 6 weeks before finding the right home, and she helped us determine the best strategy for each offer we made based on her in depth knowledge of the current state of the market. She also knows Northern Virginia incredibly well and has plenty of funny stories from her years of experience in the area. We would highly recommend Natalie to anyone looking for an experienced, fun, and knowledgeable realtor!

In a field saturated by mediocrity, Natalie stands out for her intellect, competence, business acumen, market understanding and appreciation, and willingness to go above and beyond for her clients. While so many agents, particularly within a hot market, will simply list the home and wait for buyers, Natalie was always hands on trying to find different and novel avenues for marketing the property. She was relentless and it paid off. We have closed two transactions with Natalie and would likely work with no one else in the Northern Virginia area. She is everything you want in a real estate agent.
