Robin gave me an estimate based on my description over email. He arrived to the job within the estimated time frame (which is a rarity these days). When he saw what I had he actually charged less than the estimate. Talk about honest. Couldn’t be more pleased! These guys saved our day!! We had scheduled another company to come out, but 5 minutes AFTER they were scheduled to come, they called and cancelled with excuses. We needed this done TODAY! Called up Big Ox, and they came out and got every single thing we needed to have gone and in no time at all! Cleaned up after themselves and were SUPER friendly! Will definitely recommend them to people I know! We would definitely hire these guys on again. We had a pile of trash and construction debris out in Lago Vista. We called late afternoon mid week, Big Ox came out next day, loaded everything up, and even swept up the little stuff. They charged less than originally quoted (very competitive prices) because we did not take up the entirety of the 16ft trailer. Polite, fair, responsive…triple win for Big Ox. Called them up first thing Saturday. Was very friendly and accommodating. He can help you out, whether you’re actually home or not and is very flexible with the pay. I contacted Robin about a piece of property that I was closing on. He was professional and prompt, within 24 hours he had visited the property and gave me an accurate estimate of the work involved. The site visit happened on a Friday, by Wednesday of the next week everything had been cleaned up in time for me to close on the property. I hired Big Ox Junk Removal to remove a bunch of bulk items and items we had no use for anymore. I reached out to them and got a response very quickly. After sending him pictures and a description of what needed to be removed he gave me a fair quote and we then scheduled it for later in the week as it was more convenient for me. When I met Robin in person he was very polite and easy to talk to. He took no time at all to remove all the items we wanted out. I'm very pleased with their service and will be contacting them again in the future.

I have used Big Ox Junk Removal for ten or so jobs over the last two years of getting our land fixed up. The jobs have been stuff from just general junk haul-off, to construction cleanup, to brush pickup. They have always been good about being available when I need them, being on time, and most importantly, thorough in the cleanup. No matter who they have sent, or the work, the guys have always been friendly and fun to chat with. And their prices are extremely good; cheaper than having a dumpster brought on-site. After the 2021 winter storm, I had lots of cedar down from the ice. I called them up to get on their schedule, figuring it would be a few days. They came out that day, still with ice and snow on the road, and got it all picked up. More recently, I had a construction debris job that ended up being more than one trailer load. Instead of just taking the one load and then coming back another day, they came back that night after dark in the cold and rain, and spent 90 minutes getting every bit of what was left to make sure I was taken care of. Amazing service like that is rare nowadays. They will continue to be my go-to anytime I need stuff hauled off. Thanks for always taking good care of our needs!
