Bob went above and beyond with his sage advice and professional demeanor, critical to putting us at ease as first-time home buyers. He was always readily available with timely responses to help us make well informed decisions on offers. Bob read the lengthy homeowners association documents, provided feedback, and even arranged a phone call with the HOA president to address questions. He reviewed properties with a critical eye, being careful to point out design, structural, and possible safety issues. Lastly, no detail was lost on Bob going as far as recommending specific appliances and vendors.

Bob started out as our realtor when he helped us buy our first townhouse back in 2019 and has quickly become a trusted friend. Without hesitation we went with Bob again when we recently moved away from the area and needed to rent our townhouse. We signed a new tenant that we’re extremely happy with all within 3 days of the listing going live! Best ways to describe Bob as a realtor would be trustworthy, dependable, knowledgeable, sincere, forward thinking, efficient, and thoughtful. I haven’t met a harder working agent. Through both experiences, purchasing and leasing our experience with Bob was consistent no matter what his commissions may have been. In fact Bob went above the standard duties of a lease listing to get our home leased quickly. Top it off, Bob came by the week our movers were packing our house and dropped off lunch as he knew how busy we would be. Even our two boys love Bob! Don’t hesitate, you can’t go wrong with having Bob on your side.

This is a delayed review, but I wanted to give everyone a feedback on what a positive experience myself and my family have had with Bob Johnson Realty! I was referred to Bob from a trusted friend and real estate agent before moving into the area. From the first contact, Bob was nothing less than the most helpful and sincere agent we have ever worked with. He listened to what we needed in a home and he thoroughly explained the differences in the market we were looking at. This was very much appreciated as we have never experienced anything like to DMC market. He was completely correct, we never expected a market to be as quickly moving as we found, but Bob was there every step of the way to guide us. We planned a house hunting trip and after meeting with Bob to pin down our likes and what areas, he took us on a journey of homes. We traveled several hours daily over the next few days and saw a variety of homes. Once we found our next home and had to return to our previous location, Bob continued to go above and beyond. He stood in for us on a local level and continued to move our sale forward while dealing with a sale that was going through a relocation company. He gave us sound advice from years of realty experience and guided us in every step of purchasing our new home. He went above and beyond in making this challenging purchase and I highly recommend him as an agent.

Bob did a wonderful job helping us navigate the uncertain market when we sold our condo. He was unfailingly patient and responsive, and only ever offered advice that was in our best interest. We moved out of town while our condo was on the market, and Bob continued to take care of everything on site, including coordinating with contractors and making sure the entire closing process happened smoothly. I unreservedly recommend Bob.

Outstanding service. The probabilities and possibilities at each phase of the sale were explained, so there were no surprises. Additionally, when work needed to be done in preparation for the sale, he helped with many things including painting and moving furniture (including loading/unloading a U-haul truck and two 5-hour round trips to Delaware), and did it with a smile. Also, his marketing strategy produced a sale, well above list price. Considering my wife and I have several moves under our belts because of our military careers, the assistance we received from Bob Johnson was the best we have ever experienced. That is not hype. He cares and it shows. That is something that makes it imperative to recommend him to our friends and family.
