As Bonnie bought and sold real estate for herself, she noticed she was able to solve many problems, such as where to live, how to invest, how to plan for retirement and how to maximize tax deductions. As clients came to her seeking her real estate expertise, she was able to solve problems for them as well. Bonnie’s background and resourcefulness makes her uniquely qualified to make her client’s lives easier. Bonnie is a 28-year industry veteran specializing in pre-1926 architecture, priding herself on her knowledge of San Francisco Bay Area Victorian and Edwardian homes. Currently, Bonnie lives in an 1893 Queen Anne Victorian and enjoys restoring it in her free time. ‘Granny chic’: Are San Francisco Victorian speaking tubes making a comeback? We had an amazing experience working with Bonnie and her associate, Lena, for our recently purchased property in Marin. Bonnie has an incredible understanding of Bay Area properties and the history of the greater Bay Area. On top of that, she has fantastic taste in homes, decor and style. Her personality and sharp intelligence made the entire experience fun and fascinating. In the end, we found a unique, one-of-a-kind property that we can't wait to spend a lot of years in. Thanks Bonnie & Lena, you have been great!

Whether you're buying, selling, or renting one of her properties, Bonnie is one of the most experienced, trustworthy, and fair agents in SF. You're in excellent hands with Bonnie whose clients become lifelong friends. The one star review from Elvis Presley is off the mark. Bonnie is super responsive and a real gem!

I have known Bonnie for almost 15 years, initially through the Victorian Alliance - Bonnie was President of the Alliance for almost 3 years and she shared her passion about preserving the many beautiful, historical buildings in San Francisco.Although I have not purchased or sold a house using Bonnie's services, I have spoken with numerous people who share very positive real estate experiences with Bonnie. Most of them have ended up becoming her friends. She has always been very forthcoming with advice about construction, rentals and the complicated building codes, that have helped guide many of my own decisions.

Bonnie Spindler is the best real estate agent I know in SF. Can't find more experienced, knowledgeable agent in town. One star review by [misspelled] "Elivs Presely" sounds odd and irrelevant. But if you are looking to buy or sell real estate, I highly recommend Bonnie.
