We've rented with Sea Shore Realty for the past 2 years and can honestly say our experiences with Brent and his team are above standard compared to other places we've rented from. Experience was good enough that we chose Brent as our Realtor! As a Landlord, Brent and his team always responded in a timely manner when necessary. Sent repairmen out as necessary. Provided courtesy calls when their staff needed to enter the property, like adding and replacing smoke alarms. As a Realtor, Brent allowed us to take our time without feeling rushed. Does his home work on the property to answer questions during a walk through. Although he was not 'pushy' he knows when there is a connection between the buyer and a desired home. Did a great job helping us negotiate and ratifying a contract. If you've been following the recent and current news, home buying is CRAZY!!! Where its taking 4 to 6 month for people to buy a home, if not quitting after that, it took us 2 MONTHS! Whether you're looking for a realtor or your current one is not living up to your expectations, I highly recommend Brent Montella at SEA SHORE REALTY!!!
