My husband and I met Brindl through a mutual friend. She has been more than kind and yet very professional during the sell of our rental property. I appreciated her honesty about what we could expect to make from the sell, but yet showing compassion as she knew we had a lot of sentimental feelings about the property. Brindl did a great job keeping us informed during the whole process. I would definitely recommend Brindl if you are in the market to buy or sell a property!

Our Uncle Bob owned a home in Gladstone, Mo. and we live in Texas. In April 2022, Bob passed away. My husband is in charge of his estate. We started looking for a realtor to assist us in selling his home. As we were going through Bob's papers, we found a card written by Brindl Braswell - Re/Max Revolution. Written on the card was a note telling Bob how much she enjoyed meeting him and speaking with him. We remembered that Bob spoke about a nice young lady that had come to his door, introduced herself and was he very impressed with her. The fact that Bob kept her note led us to call Brindl to see if she would help us with selling Bob's house. From the moment we contacted Brindl, we knew we had made the right choice. Brindl was extremely kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and instantly set our minds at ease. Brindle was eager to help in any way possible. She helped pull up old carpet, seeded the lawn and contacted her resources to help things get in tip/top condition. With every challenge, Brindl guided us in the right direction. Brindl is a "powerhouse". She has that "WOW" factor that you don't run across often. Her personality is so inviting and reassuring. Brindl is a great listener and remains calm in every situation. She is a bright ray of sunshine in our lives. We could not have dreamed that the selling of Bob's house would go so smoothly. Even though we were not able to be in Gladstone, Brindle did a stellar job of keeping us in the know about every step of the process. Brindl is a part of our family now. We lived in Idaho and were visiting our son & daughter in love for Christmas. Just for fun, we decided to check out an open house. That's where we met Brindl. She was kind, gracious, and super helpful! Soon thereafter, we received a Christmas card from her. She took the time to send STRANGERS a Christmas card. (Amazing, right?!) My husband & I made the decision to move to Kansas City to be closer to our son. We knew we needed a Realtor, so we immediately reached out to Brindl. She bent over backwards for us. She facilitated virtual tours, describing everything she was seeing & smelling while allowing us to see multiple properties through the lense of her camera and her experience. We made multiple offers on different homes and each time an offer was rejected, Brindl encouraged us. Finally, we found 'the one' and Brindle kept us informed every step of the way! Who knew we would make our very first friend in KC by hiring a Realtor..? If you need a Realtor, the best gift you can give yourself, is to call Brindl IMMEDIATELY. It was one of the best calls we've ever made!
