How Brooke didn't drop me as a client is still a shock, but she stood with me through a crazy market, several months, dozens of homes and some of my crazy ideas. She was proactive, engaged, and was always quick to respond to questions. Brooke has a great understanding of the market, the city of Richmond, and despite your own intuition, listen to hers as she's always right. Would highly recommend her to anyone in search of a home!

Brooke has been an amazing real estate agent from day one! Brooke has done an impeccable job getting us into our first home before Christmas. My wife and I have been looking at houses since early 2020 and we decided to go a step further and look for a real estate agent to help us with the process. We saw Liz Moore & Associates at one of the open houses we went to so we decided to visit their office to see if they can help us. We were warmly welcomed by Brooke and did not look further for another real estate agent because her first impression exceeded our expectations. Brooke explained the whole process to us and we felt comfortable to ask her any questions. We went to a couple open houses and private showings with her. We always felt that she had time for us and we were certain to get a response when we had questions. Brooke is very organized, responsive and professional. The market was crazy due to covid and she handled everything with ease, making the process run very smoothly for us. While purchasing our first home she made sure everything was in our best interest, even if it meant backing off entities bullying us with scare tactics. I would 100/10 recommend Brooke and look forward to continue working with her in the future.

Richard and I were out of state and building near Richmond. Brooke went above and beyond to help us get through the issues and steps of the building process—there were many conference calls. She went to a meeting in our place, at 8 a.m.— on-site — in the freezing cold. Can’t say enough—oh and for a year we have received birthday gift cards and cheese and wine invites! She’s remarkable!!
