We first met Candace over 8 years ago when our agent was unavailable one afternoon and needed her to step in. Fast forward to last year when we had been searching for a new home for months and the homes we liked were being snatched up faster than we could place an offer. We needed someone who was knowledgeable and could move quickly. Thinking through our contacts my husband remembered Candace and reached out. In less than 48 hours of speaking to us and getting our home search criteria Candace had homes lined up with detailed comps. I was blown away. I had never experienced that level of service before. Her attention to detail, the follow through, the comprehensive contact list for any repair/inspection/financing/legal services you need … as long as Candace is available, I do not plan to make any real estate purchase without her.

Candace was my realtor when I bought my first house. She is very knowledgeable and was very helpful during the process. Candace was able to easily answer any question I had and helped me exactly what I was looking for in the area I wanted. I also used Candace as my realtor when I sold my house. She works very hard and made the process relatively seamless for me. If I still lived in the area Candace would most definitely be my realtor. I highly recommend her.

First off, I don’t do reviews.. but this is an exception! I have to say Candace has been such an amazing realtor!! I recommended her to EVERYONE that had asked me. She went above and beyond on everything.. we are first time home buyers, and I’ve heard a lot of issues, setbacks, and headaches.. but I got to say, this has been the most amazing and smooth experience we have ever been through. Candace is always prompt on replies, not only that, she takes that extra mile to make sure we feel like this home is IT! And she did just that. Every time we ask her to view a home, she gets right on it and let us see it, even that day! Not only that, she is very knowledgeable about real estate. Super informative, and very well connected to, I.E, loan officers, plumbers, warranty companies, insurance companies, and etc. Everyone whom she had referred us to, has been amazing and helpful! Candace never made us feel like we need to “rush” and just get something. She has always been patient with us and treated us like family. I am so pleased, impressed, and satisfied with her professionalism, her gratitude, her attitude, her intelligence in this field, her promptness, and her patience.
