We have bought and sold several homes over our lifetime and have never had such a positive experience. From beginning to end they handled everything and took all the stress of selling off of us. I recommend their company to anyone I know is selling.

Just want to share my experience with Cardano Realtors. In 2017 I began my search for a house. Never having owned a home, this was my first experience and to say I was a bit nervous is definitely an understatement. Diane and her team took me by the hand and quite expertly guided me through the process. There was never a time when I did not know the status of the purchase and what was to come next. Purchased my home without a hitch or delay. Kudos to Diane and her team for a job well done! I whole heartedly recommend Cardona Realtors to family, friends and anyone wanting to buy a home working with, in my opinion, the best team around!

I can’t speak highly enough of Diane and her team. She hustled from start to finish with the sale of our condo and boy did it pay off. She’s incredibly responsive and willing to help you understand every aspect of the process. She also has an extensive network of people who are able to do renovations quickly and with great results. Many months ago, Cardano arrived at my house asking for my listing. Within about 5 minutes of her entrance, she made a snide, insulting remark about one of my furnishings. Now I’m aware Realtors, after they have a listing, respectfully suggest changes in order to best show the house. This was not respectful nor did she have the listing. I know a lot more about Cardano now than I even did then and I would most certainly never list with this realtor. (And Cardano, I already have 2 of your numbers blocked. Let’s not go for a 3rd)

Diane & her team (particularly Bobby) helped us navigate preparing & selling our home at the onset of the Pandemic. They were wonderful! What could have been a doubly stressful time became an efficiently orchestrated event. The successful outcome was underscored by Diane's experience & foresight. Our home sold overnight, for more than expected- everything handled beautifully! Kudos to the Cardano team! They are awesome.
