Multiple times I had questions regarding items and Cates was always quick to respond and in each correspondence I was treated with respect and the representative from Cates was professional and courteous. They shipped out quickly and my items arrived safely and well protected. I had an issue with two items and Mr. Cambridge responded immediately when I brought this to their attention and they fixed the issue.
