This was our first time purchasing a home. We reached out to Ce'Erra after I found her doing an Instagram, YES Instagram search for VA realtors. I watched several of her videos and was drawn in by the fact that she works with a lot of first time homebuyers. When I reached out, she was very kind and gave me step by step instructions on what we would need to do to get started on our journey. She didn't assume anything and took the time to explain things (even if it was 50 times lol). When we looked at homes, we didn't feel rushed or pressured to take it. She stepped to the side and let us talk or think on it but reminded us that we are making a big decision and no pressure. Although our experience buying from a previous homeowner was quite the "experience" , she made sure to keep us updated and motivated! When we needed her she was there and available with no hesitation and willing to find out for us! THANKS CE'ERRA!!!

She checked on my likes/dislikes daily, followed up on my top choices over and over, and truly went above and beyond.
