Anne Rubin is the best in Elkins Park, possible the best in Philadelphia and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. She is an outstanding, real estate professional. She is honest, responsive and respectful. She knows the business from top to bottom. We bought and sold with Century 21 Advantage Gold and with Anne. Cannot say enough about the excellent service we received. I wholeheartedly recommend Anne Rubin.

Between Aaron Gray and Anne Rubin I’m not sure which is worst. Unprofessional, Untrustworthy and flat out dishonest! Please avoid this brokerage at ALL COST!!! Aaron sent me an extremely vulgar text message after asking to be released from a contract which he forged my signature on an extension. After which I contacted Anne Rubin his broker and she defended him and agreed with this dishonorable distasteful action. Aaron Gray and Anne Rubin should be avoided at ALL COST! The only plus side to Anne is that for whatever reason Fannie Mae entrust her with some of their REO properties which she dishes only to her friends and colleges. Aaron couldn’t close a door if his hands were glued to it.

You would think as an agency with agents, that those agents would work in your best interest and not their own. These people without a doubt will work for themselves with their own self interest at heart. You are only there as a "client" to pay them money. They were caught in multiple lies when dealing with me. Stacey Franklin only has one interest and you guessed it its money. Stacey's boss Ann will just lie and her boss/owner Bill Lublin will lie to your face like they seem to think you are a child. I had to wait to sell my house for about 6 months to avoid this greedy agency from getting any money from the sale of my property. Their "Pledge" means nothing to them, I would avoid doing business with this place like I would avoid touching fire. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
