I've heard bad things about this agency and one particular agent over the years but had no firsthand experience until recently. NEVER.HAVE.I.EVER dealt with someone as unprofessional and RUDE as Sandy Salettes. I wish I could attach the DEMEANING, RACIST voice message she left for me. MAMN, I was simply trying to figure out why your listing was $600.00 over comparable units. Was there something missing from your ILLEGIBLE description? YES, I would assume it to be either furnished or have utilities included for a 40% premium over similar properties. Those blurry photographs you took yourself with your fingernails in the corner of half of them left a lot to be desired. Pro Tip - pay a professional photographer if you want to promote a "Premium" product. Your ATTITUDE and NEGATIVE, NASTY response speaks VOLUMES. Wouldn't do business with this company or realtor if my life depended on it. THANKFULLY it doesn't. I've got OPTIONS.

Just had a phone conversation to inquire about a property. The realtor, Sandy, was unjustifiably rude, she refused to answer my question and hung up in my face. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING THROUGH THIS COMPANY. I hope Mr. Berry is aware of how rude his team is. Ridiculous.

Mr perrigrew sold my mom house in 2017 then in 2018 l referred him to Bertram and a townhouse rental was purchased.hopefully he sell me a house soon
