We have always been a premiere office to work in, comfortable and high end in décor, loads of support, loads of parking, the latest tools, good supervision and lots of continuing education available...walking distance to two good restaurants for meeting customer/clients or grabbing lunch for yourself. most importantly tho we have some of the best and most experienced agents in Baltimore. Our real estate agent (Jeremy) encouraged us to sign a contract without explaining it thoroughly to us. And he also argued for us to pay MORE money, not less (and keep in mind we were the SELLERS) He was very passive aggressive and not patient at all If he had explained this deal to us well, then we wouldn't have gone through with the deal and would be able to back out without any legal backlash. However since he failed to do so, we were forced to sell our house or get sued and he helped the buyer more so than us in the process.

I couldn't imagine a better experience than my most recent purchase with Eva Higgins!! My wife and I were first time home buyers who had no idea what we were doing! She patiently walked us through everything so calmly and paid full attention to us. Oftentimes real estate agents are spread so thin that they don't take a moment to put down their phone. Eva and coldwell banker made the whole experience! Will be using them again, and I hope all of my fans and followers will too!! I also noticed the post below... I'm not sure if that Jason even works with this coldwell banker location. I would take it with a grain of salt!
