Mary Raha5 StarI had a unit here for more than four years. It is conveniently located and easy to access through the loading bays and multiple elevators. In particular, Chris was terrific, very helpful when I was moving in and still great when I was moving out. I have always felt confident about my ability to access my unit, and I think their communication has been very clear. Auto pay was easy to set up/maintain. I would've liked if the pricing had stayed low for longer, but I also could've changed to a smaller unit later, instead of just keeping the larger space for my own convenience. I've recommended it to at least four people who have gotten their own spaces and been happy with them as well.Thursday 3rd March 2022
Rube Hollis5 StarI had items stored here for three years, convenient location and was able to walk over and grab items as needed. When my debit card expired I received a polite call and they updated my information rather than charge me a late fee. When I finally relocated due to work Desmond was extremely helpful when I had some logistic issues with my moving truck.
