First time customer calling to ask for price and quote on custom tempered glass. Receptionist was friendly and helpful and transferred me to a person to give me a quote. I stated what I was looking for and he simply replied "We are not taking walk ins right now" without even giving me a chance to get a quote. The owner's response to this review was apologetic but still not helpful. As a person working face to face with customers I understand COVID-19 precautions, but I would have preferred this information given to me in a more pleasant manner over the phone. I found the product I was looking for through a source that better valued my time and money.

Their installers are also knowledgeable and friendly. Dallas Glass has always exceeded our expectations. Overall a great company to do business with.

Terrible service and waited over a month for installation. if you are on a "schedule" think twice about using this business. Made the mistake of paying them in advance; absolutely will never use them again!
