We were connected with Dana through our (also amazing) seller's agent when it was time for us to make a big move across states. Dana worked with us through our search for our "forever home" for OVER A YEAR in a ridiculously volatile market. She showed us houses virtually and then in-person once we arrived in the area. She was patient, knowledgeable about the market and the neighborhoods we were looking in, and so encouraging. She always came to showings prepared with knowledge about the properties and the sellers. She never pushed us to buy if it wasn't "right." She was SO communicative with us and in liaising between us and sellers/other parties. She has been working in this area and has developed a roster of amazing contacts to facilitate every possible need you might encounter as a buyer and seller. I've already recommended her to others and am always jumping to tell folks about our amazing realtor when I hear people are looking. When we finally found the right house, it was like we all knew. Dana guided us through making the best offer we could without compromising our own priorities. Dana is a fantastic realtor but she is also just a kind and generous person. It was such a pleasure working with and depending on Dana through this process. I know that many people can be hesitant to work with a realtor because it can seem costly... I don't know what our family would have done without Dana Cruz! Working with her was life-changing for us. When we started looking for a home, we weren't sure where to begin. Dana was patient, dedicated, and considered our numerous needs. She met us at properties on a weekly basis, took every one of our phone calls, replied to each text. A few months into our search, our needs changed -- we had to find a multigenerational home with a main-level master and stairless entry -- and she adapted effectively, guiding us through a new selection of properties without missing a beat. Because of Dana, we didn't just find a forever home; we found our dream house. When she came to the signing, it was like having a family member at our side. She was our advocate. Dana is amazing to work with! My wife and I were moving from a small apartment in DC to our first house and we struggled to find something that checked all of the boxes.
