Long story short: Dana is an amazing realtor that truly wants to see everyone get into a home they love and feel comfortable paying on a monthly basis. Owning a home is a fantasy that she helps build and also provide the reality to make it come true. Our story: Dana was our realtor three years ago when I was pregnant with our first child. I couldn't handle rejection during the crazy Colorado market of not having $20,000 over market value in the bank. We put buying on hold and she stayed in touch with us until we were ready. We were ready this year! We got with her at the beginning of the year and told her our lease was up in November, and she told us when to start submitting offers to not have a double payment month. She went to many many many showings with us and sent us listings that worked with our budget and area preferences. Every question we had on anything on the listing, to questions about the properties when we were viewing them were answered at a level that let us understand the pros and cons of each place, while also allowing us to see potential in places we may not have considered the first time. We found a place we fell in love with. It was already under contract, so we started looking again. The place came back on the market and she jumped on submitting an offer. Then, after we were under contract, our lender gave us the bad news that they did not properly enter our information and the loan we wanted we no longer qualified for and they recommended we not move forward with the contract. My husband and I freaked out because we LOVED this place. I called Dana in a panic and she immediately got with a lender she works with consistently to see if they could take us on short notice. This was on a Friday after 3:30 pm and we reached out to the lender and gave all of our information and we were give new options for multiple different loan types the following Monday. She kept us sane throughout the mess with the original lender, and kept everything with the seller up to speed so nothing went wrong while under contract. Due to how fast paced the contract was, she let us know options for several different inspectors, and helped us find a great one in a short period of time. She walked us through the entire process and all of the different things we had to sign and explained them to us to where we felt comfortable in the knowledge and knew what we were getting into. We are now living in our home we closed on this month. OUR HOME. We could not have done it without Dana. The care and detail she gave was what held us together during a very stressful event in our life. Thank you Dana. I cannot say it enough, thank you!
