Roy Daniels is completely unprofessional and rude. While I’ve been getting the run around for weeks on a fence repair for a property he manages, I’ve remained patient, but today he hung up on me and text me to contact his offices instead. The fence is in horrible shape from past renters and there is no responsibility or response on the matter. Do not do business with this man or company.

This company is the worst I would not suggest this company to anyone. They take the application fees with knowing that they are not going to rent to you ahead of time. They lie about why you are not denied for a house to keep you 100$. I applied for a home and was told I got it one day then the next day, I lied about my rental history. They stated that they take to my landlord and that she stated that I was late and that I have broken my lease. That's a lie because I still live in the house. When talked to my landlord she stated she never talked to anyone. When confronted with this Roy Daniels lied and made up another excuse. I have an email to show this I asked them for my 100$ application fees back and they came up with another lie. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

One of the best experiences of my life. I was in a crucial situation where I needed to find a place in the same schools that my kids were already in. They delivered and all I can say is I am beyond happy with every aspect of service they provide. The whole process was seamless and they were very up front from the begining, To demonstrate how amazing, I merely mentioned that I prefer a longer lease than a year for stability purposes and they came through and beyond in every way. The house is amazing and in amazing condition. This is my real estate team for life!!

Went in to turn in an application and they were nice and welcoming felt like a great environment my 5 year old had all the ladies in the front laughing, but we got denied I had no credit score and my wife has like 580 but that wasn't a good enough score to rent, we have never been late paying for rent, but if you don't have a higher credit score then 650, I'd just keep away and save $50 per application, you will get denied, plain and simple! They won't work with you at all!

I'm very impressed with Roy and his company. We looked at a house with Roy that my wife fell in love with. With explained to Roy that we did not have much time until our current lease was up and needed to move quickly. Roy and his staff was able to pull through for us and got us into our new home ahead of schedule. We have been renting this house for awhile now and have had a few issues pop up since we've been here. Michelle and Elisa have always been very polite over the phone and helpful when these minor issues have come up. Unfortunately our refrigerator started to fail yesterday. Instead of trying to repair a old refrigerator (like I believe most would do), Roy went above and beyond and personally delivered a replacement to us. This company has blown away all expectations that I've had for a realtor/propery management company. I'm not quick to give a five star rating but Roy and his team have deffinetly earned this one. Thank you Daniel's and Daniel's, you all are doing an amazing job. Keep up the good work!
