Thank you, Daryn! I know Daryn from Arizona and I moved back to Ohio last year. My husband and I started looking into buying a home in February and went to get to pre-approved at a conservative place. They were terrible and only did conventional loans and essentially left us high and dry with no guidance. We felt defeated. I then saw posts Daryn was making about how he had some of his clients get assistance with closing and other assistance programs. I reached out and he explained it more to me. I finally started to feel better. Daryn then found a Realtor in Ohio-he interviewed him and felt confident making the referral. We are now proud owners of our first home! Daryn made sure we were set the entire time and I would recommend anyone looking for a Realtor to work with Daryn. I know he’s in Arizona, but we would be pulling our hair out and probably not have a home if it wasn’t for Daryn.

My wife and I had been shopping for houses for months and could not find a friendly loan officer and relator that we felt we could trust. My wife knows Daryn from a friend and we decided to hit him up for some advice. He immediately connected us with two if his connections in Ohio. I could not be happier with our relator and loan officer. We found an amazing house with what felt like not much work. Daryn, and our relator were responsive and knowledgable through the entire process. Daryn’s experience and connections in the industry reflect on his work. Honestly it was just nice to not find a relator group that are not sleazy or pretentious.

I had the pleasure of working with Daryn years ago and have kept in touch throughout the years. Or should I say he has kept in touch throughout the years? Because that's the kind of guy that he is. The kind of guy that keeps in touch with you for years and you can still pick up the phone and say hi to without missing a beat even though you might not have seen each other for years. I can't say enough about his professionalism and character. Great guy and an even better real estate specialist!

I was referred to Daryn by some close friends who used him as their Realtor. He was very effective with communication, market analysis, strategy, and managing the entirety of this process-each values reflected from the prior transaction with those who referred him to me. Aside from proper research, coordinating with his office, speaking with other listing agents who’ve recently sold their client’s homes in the areas, and explaining EVERYTHING to me about our list price, he even took a pricing strategy course after we signed our listing with him and before we went live on the market. My wife and I raise two young children and each work from home, so showings were limited. In regards to this, he was still able to attract a multitude of showings (11), and we received several offers(5)-despite never hosting an open house, only being on the market less than a week, and a market shift that was rooted in uncertainty. He was very personable, and knew that we were working with the right agent from the moment we met. Aside from the referral from our friends, you can tell that for him Real Estate isn’t just selling homes, but helping families. This sincere trait can not be trained. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need in the greater Phoenix valley.

Where do I start ! Since day one of meeting daryn he has showed me he was someone I could trust on selling my home and purchasing a new one making me feel comfortable at all times and EXPLAINED everything. (I was first time seller &buyer) He never missed he got everything done in a timely matter and was on top of it at ALL times ! Extremely thankful he was my realtor!!!
