I had a fantastic purchasing experience with William Yanez-Manecke. My family was relocating from Oregon and I was flying back and forth for several months. I was fortunate to work with Jesse Klein from the Dean Aguilar Group. This was my second home-buying experience and I thought I knew it all; I was completely wrong. Jesse was tactful, respectful and patient as he guided me through the home-buying experience through the peaks and troughs. He enabled a constant channel of communication and if able, always was within reach. I was very specific with my search criteria and Jesse, unlike many others, refused to deviate from my desires. He took a personal approach to understanding what I wanted and although I was outbid on a few occasions, remained optimistic and hopeful.
