Brooke Nolan5 StarWe found Debra on Zillow and she was amazing at setting up open houses for us to view with our limited availability. We were able to find our home and had an offer accepted after one full day of viewings! She helped explain everything to us as first time home buyers and made sure we understood what was going on. My husband and I had moved to Philadelphia for work and were looking to settle in the New Jersey area long term. We were so so lucky to find Deb! Despite the current craziness of the real estate market, Deb was unflappably calm, guiding us through the process of buying our first home. She really took the time to educate us and acted as our champion every step of the way. Beyond being responsive, she was incredibly proactive, anticipating issues Brandon and I didn't and staying on top of every aspect of the process. What could have been a stressful few months ended up being a lot of fun - we loved her positive attitude during the many days of touring houses, navigating offers, and wrangling all the paperwork, appraisals, inspections, etc. She balanced my husband and my (at times very different) opinions and didn't stop until she found us our dream home (despite my dragging her to see some really strange Zillow listings!). She also used her extensive knowledge of the region to steer us to the towns and neighborhoods that were the right fit for us.
Deb also has an incredible network of contacts in the area - even after the search was done, Deb has continued to help connect us with contractors, painters, etc. I certainly will be referring family and friends to her and I can't wait to work with her in the future.Wednesday 4th May 2022
