Detailz Construction does excellent work for a reasonable price. Mike will take the time to explain the process from start to finish. He also makes good recommendations as to what materials and designs will work best for your home. The job was completed quickly and without issue. The team is very professional and skilled. I would highly recommend this company. With this in mind, I plan to use Detailz Construction for some of my other masonry projects around the house in the future.

I worked with Ilan to address some structural concerns I had with a Baltimore row home that was built in the 1800s. He was extremely knowledgeable and responsive while going through the quoting process. He generated a reasonable price that coupled with his knowledge on historic homes made for a very easy decision. His team came out and within a week had completed the formstone removal and brick repointing. Ilan and his team were very responsive to my and my neighbors concerns over the worksite cleanliness and worked promptly to address issues when identified. Excellent quality, communication and professionalism displayed throughout the full process. I would absolutely retain and use Detailz again for any other masonry projects that I come across.

After buying a rowhouse in Baltimore, my wife and I solicited quotes from four different companies for masonry work on the front and back of house as well as unfinished basement. Ilan was very responsive and informative, and we found his prices to be the most competitive. As the project progressed, we decided to make changes to the project such as stucco for the back of the house, parging the basement steps, and brick window sills. Ilan was very accommodating with all of our changes and provided reasonable pricing. We feel that the quality of the work was very good and have received a number of compliments already. It was a pleasure working with Ilan. He was honest, fair and did nice work. We would highly recommend him.
