Being a broker / builder in North Carolina, I searched for a reputable builder to refer my clients to. I was referred by several Realtors in the area to Devonshire Custom Homes. Brooke and Josh (the owners of Devonshire Custom Homes) have a great team of contractors, designers and project managers in place to help the process go efficiently and stay in budget. Initially, my Brother was concerned about having a house designed to meet his exact specifications as he didn't see any a perfect match that Devonshire had previously constructed, however he and his wife were blown away by the creativity and design from Edgar (Devonshire's architect/designer). Edgar was able to deliver just what they had envisioned, and offered a great floor plan to match.
