I’ve been here a few times to get my fingerprints done because it’s the closest fingerprinting place near me and I’ve always had pretty good experiences, the staff are always nice and helpful. I would definitely get fingerprints done here again

Horrible place, IdentoGo please help yourself and take this service away from here. I know you don't get paid but customers are leaving almost in tears. I should have read reviews about this fingerprinting office at Diallo before coming. Horrible receptionist. This guy is so unbelievably rude and unprofessional. guy with a peicing has no ethiquette and thinks he can get away with shabby treatment of people. I went in for fingerprinting and with no concern or pause to see how he could help me, he dismissed me and it was a painful experience. Less than one star is deserving.

My husband and I met with Mr Diallo back in 2016 he explained the process of getting a house step by step.He told us about the $5000 1st time buyer grant and gave us tips on how to increase our credit score. He told us to back the following year after we work on our credit. He is very knowledgeable and professional I highly recommend him.

My husband and I would like to thank the entire staff at Diallo Real Estate, Shereese Holland was our agent and she was very knowledgeable, and professional, we went to closing in about seven weeks after choosing our home. Glenn Gerber was our loan officer with Meridian Bank who was great with helping us attain a loan. We also got our home owners insurance through Diallo insurance with Glenn. If you are looking for a new home, don't hesitate to give them a call, you will be amazed on how fast they can get the ball rolling and help you buy your home. Randy & Celestine Broadus

This review reflects my experience with Identgo service provided at the location and venue. I am utterly surprised by the lack of professionalism of Identogo staffs. They closed without advanced notice or updating their schedule online. I came back the next day as they left a note saying they would open as schedule the next day. Came back only to find they will be opening an hour later (different note). I wait, come back, only to find out they will be opening 30 minutes later than the stated time on the note they left. This time, they didn't even leave the note; someone from the office poked their head and updated us. Oh and the person was still running late for additional 30 minutes lol PA really should reflect these customer experiences and terminate their contract with Identogo or Idemia. Never had issues like this when fingerprint was done at ups.
