I interviewed multiple realtors to help me sell my family home and I selected Dinora because of her fantastic communication skills, savvy marketing ability, and engaging energy. Now that we have finished the transaction I can add that Dinora was true to her slogan "With you every step of the way!" Dinora leverages technology to keep her clients in the loop and responds quickly to any question or issue. Her photographer is outstanding and she knows how to get a listing to shine. Dinora Chacon is hands-down one of the best realtors in Northern Virginia. I highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling their home, especially if it's your first time at either. Dinora helped my husband, and I purchase our "starter" home and then sell it five years later (for above-asking) when we were ready to expand. During both the purchase and sale processes, Dinora was honest, responsive, and professional. Her knowledge of the market and, in our case, the new build/construction process made an otherwise overwhelming endeavor seamless. Dinora also has a vast network of resources at her disposal that she leverages to help her clients. For example, when it was time to sell our home, Dinora recommended several competitively priced contractors for minor cosmetic repairs to increase the value of our home. During the repairs, I must have called Dinora a dozen times (including while she was on vacation in another country). Dinora patiently answered my questions every time, and on the rare occasion she didn't pick up on the first ring, she called me back the same day. Dinora's business philosophy is to treat her clients like family, and it's why she's so successful.
