Jessica Crosser5 StarWe are extremely glad we went with Ryan Olander as our realtor. He worked days and weekends to answer our questions with the perfect mix of professionalism and friendship. He always responded and reached out promptly through texts and calls. He helped us negotiate a great deal for our dream house and even told us what to do to negotiate the most money back after inspections. We wanted to switch lenders halfway through the house close process and he was able to smoothly help us make the transition and reassure the seller everything would be fine on our end. He was able to give referrals he trusted for house maintenance matters. We also trusted him enough to buy an entire house out of state without seeing the house until flying in for day of closing! Eli J Meisner5 StarI was very fortunate to have Ryan as my realtor. I was buying my first home and needed someone who could guide me through the entire process from start to finish. On top of that, I was relocating to Kansas City from out of state and needed a realtor willing to take on the unique circumstances of my move. During the entire process, Ryan was extremely accessible and I relied heavily upon his expertise of the local housing market throughout. He was also very patient with me as I made big decisions and always put my best interest first. The ups and downs of trying to get a house in a hot market can be overwhelming but I never doubted that Ryan would get the job done for me. In the end, I bought a house that I love at a price that was well within my budget. I was looking for a very specific property and as soon as I contacted Harrison he was able to find me multiple options that fit exactly what I was looking for. His availability was extremely convenient and he was able to set up showings and meet up with me whenever needed. I am new to the home buying process and he was able to explain things to me in a way that was very understandable.
