This company has help us purchased our first home. Shaun Alton, Dave Bernatchy and their team were great. Shaun ( estate agent) has a builder background and was able to assist the seller in getting the power turned on because of his expertise as a contractor. Dave (Lender) help us with the FHA loan. And the rest of their team are all work hard for us to make this happen. They are friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I would recommend to anyone.

If you’re looking for a realtor who really listens to you and explains things to you honestly, then Shaun is the best you can find. As a first time home buyer I couldn’t have asked for more. He let me know what to look for in a home beyond the esthetics. He found homes to look at that had what was on my must have list. The amazing thing is he did all of this from Northern California, and I’m in Southern California. I recommend using him whether you’re buying or selling a home. Landmark Mortgage, a sister company to Eagle Realty, processed my loan. I get very anxious when it comes to signing contracts that deal with finances. My loan officer, Dave, was fantastic. He explained everything to me in plain English and was very patient with me when I asked him to explain things to me again. I had no surprises from start to finish about how much I needed to pay, when I needed to pay it, and to whom. It made the process so much easier. I appreciated all he did for me.

Thanks to Shaun Alston I have the home of my dreams! I am so lucky I found Shaun because he helped me find my first home! He is extremely knowledgeable and has experience and contacts to back it up. He gave me all the information I needed to make important decisions. He put me at ease and was dedicated and mindful of my needs. He is ethical, honest and always represented my best interests. I have had 5 transaction$ with Shaun Alston… 1. Selling my first house started as a nightmare and horrific experience. I fired my realtor, who then tried to force me to pay her broker by terms of contract. My GF referred me to Shaun Alston, Eagle Realty. He knew exactly how to save me from losing money. He became my realtor and working with him is amazing. He is a force of nature and knows how to get top dollar for your home! 2. Buying home #2 was also effortless and a great experience. Shaun has your best interest in mind and he listens to what you are looking for. His office team are super fast with scheduling, documentation and they will not stop until he has found your perfect dream home! 3. Selling 2. Home with GF turned wife. Shaun advised us that this home was a great investment and two years later he was proven right. Shaun sets you up for success. If you go with him make sure to follow his instructions and trust him if he tells you what to expect. He strategies are relentless and innovative sometimes counter intuitive but my experience with he has never once been wrong. 4. Purchase of current home… Forever home…. It was Friday morning my wife shows me our dream house just hit the market the day before so I contacted Shaun and by 11:30 we were viewing the house. 2 hours later we submitted an offer. Shaun moves fast and makes you feel like You are his only priority! He is highly knowledgeable about all things real estate. He goes the extra mile using charm, follow up and and professional contacts. He finds out the seller’s motivations and adjusts accordingly to make sure if you want something you get it no matter what. It is actually fun watching him run circles around everyone!
