Brittany McKay Real Estate is an amazing company full of knowledgeable, honest, and professional agents! I have worked with Brittany on multiple deals, selling and buying of properties and she has been noting but a blessing to me and my family. Brittny helped me purchase my very first home a few years ago (which I still LOVE!)... I was nervous from start to finish but Brittny's confidence won me over. I had a firm idea of what I wanted & my target budget. Brittny respected those & rolled with them. I never felt pushed or stressed as if she was just trying to make a sell. She made suggestions, but was extremely open & welcoming to my choices in properties. Any home I wanted to see we were in there the next day. Brittny was flexible & available by phone, text, & email with prompt follow-up replies to communications received after business hours. Any issues or concerns I had throughout the process became her concerns, they were promptly handled or resolved. Even the home I eventually purchased, I questioned because it was outside of my initial target neighborhood... Thinking on her feet Brittny called a previous purchaser & mutual social media acquaintance who lived in the vicinity for me to candidly speak w/ about the area. He actually drove by the property on his way home to further discuss his experiences in the neighborhood & experience with Brittny as his realtor. I feel that Brittny went beyond my original expectations of the duties of a realtor... From keeping a pulse on my financing process, to helping me secure insurance, down to setting up & conducting the various inspections. I’ll also admit that I was initially leery that they might all be in collusion (financing agent, inspectors & realtor)... But I now understand & feel that it's to streamline the flow of the process to have a "team". For instance when I relayed my concerns with one of the inspectors & she encountered a similar results, she politely excused him & found someone that we both had confidence in... Overall I would definitely call Brittny in the future should my living needs change & happily recommend her to others looking for a driven trustworthy realtor. Thank you Brittny!
