One word: Amazing! I've worked with different agents on real estate transactions in the past and can distinguish between an outstanding agent, and one that is just "so-so". Erica is hands down - OUTSTANDING on every level. If you want that house, she'll figure out how to get the job done. Ours wasn't necessarily the highest offer, but Erica was able to figure out how to make it the "best" offer and get ours accepted.. Throughout the transaction, Erica kept all parties updated, ensuring tasks were completed on schedule. Erica is a highly talented and skilled negotiator, knowing how to solve problems and suggest solutions toward an agreeable, satisfatory solution for all parties. Do not make the mistake of thinking "all agents are alike" -- They Are Not. I am at this very moment sitting in a house I absolutely love, much to her credit. In this highly competitive market it really isn't an option. If you want that property you NEED an agent like Erica.

Erica sold me and my husband a home in 2015 and she was an awesome agent. She was always available when I needed her and never got tired or impatient with my indecisiveness (having this home be the third offer she had to write). She was always professional and got us $5,000 off the asking price. She is not only my go-to real estate agent now but she is also my friend. I would recommend her to anybody looking to buy or sell a home!

When my agent made a purchase offer on a listing she had, she was VERY unprofessional, frazzled, unresponsive, flaky! She promised my agent that we would get the property TWICE, but never delivered. When my agent called her for a status update, she did not respond. My agent followed up the following day and she said she hadn't responded sooner because she was overwhelmed from the activity on this property. During one of the conversations with my agent she suggested that if we offered all cash then our offer would be accepted; unfortunately we took her advice and they did not choose my offer. I was willing to pay more and change the terms of the contract, but she didn't bother to follow through on her promise and keep my agent in the loop. In the end it was the seller's decision, but it is not her place to promise something like that.

Erica is the prime epitome of what any realty agent strives to be. My wife and I had finally initiated the process of first-time home buying and were specifically aiming for a centrally located condo. Luckily her co-worker referred us to an excellent Loan Officer, Zachary Di Salvo (whom my wife and I also highly recommend; on a side-note), and this step began a domino effect of positivity throughout the entire home-buying process (which may be absolutely traumatizing to some if not situated with an immaculate team: primarily the agent & loan officer). Loan Officer Zachary, in-turn, highly recommended Erica B. after we expressed our necessity for a well-versed, highly knowledgeable & experienced Agent. We could not have made a better decision than contacting Erica and scheduling an interview to see if we would all work well together. Upon our initial introductions, all the way through the conclusion of the meeting with Erica, my wife and I were beyond confident that she would be thee representative who would attain the perfect home for us and our future family. Her organized technique in presenting every little detail to the process of home buying was not only (and obviously) extensively informative to the novice-minded buyer, it was well-presented expeditiously to avoid loss of interest and she provided some resources (handbook, phone numbers, etc.) that we could & still refer to in cases of any inquiry my wife and I may have. I mention this detail because not many, and I re-iterate, not many realty agents will take the liberty of providing resourceful booklets or informative documents, let alone speak of the details a buyer should be required to learn prior to purchasing a huge investment such as a home. After searching through quite a few, personally selected condominiums in San Diego, we had finally come across 2 of which struck me and my wife's interests! Erica was extremely helpful, providing us with her personal opinion, without bias, and allowing both of us to mutually agree on our perfect start-up home. Although the Escrow process could have been much more stressful, Erica personally stuck with us throughout the whole process! No substitute agents ever took her place in our process but luckily, she could have even accommodated us with one if she, herself had prior engagements/appointments. One of the most important key traits of any agent that was necessary for myself and my wife, was communication. Never was there a time that any questions to details or inquiries we had for Erica were ever ignored, nor was there even a delay in response! At this point, with my high praise of Erica, it should already be apparent that her professionalism and expertise in this field, to say the absolute least, is extremely exuberant and should already reassure any new/experienced home buyer (inquiring for thee one realty agent that will thoroughly assist them in the process), and leave them without any reasonable doubt that they'll be in great hands with Erica, but accommodated even further with the entire Rising Realty team. ... Or aside from providing ALL this detail to the perfect service we received, I could have just stated: "My wife and I are beyond grateful for everything that Erica and her Rising Realty team have provided us with, throughout the entire First-Time Home Buying process!" ... But that would have left a generic, unflavored, idea of the type of experience a Home Buyer would (wishfully) assume of every other realty agent out there. Thank you for actually reading this far!
