I just purchased my first home with the help and guidance of the amazing, Evelyn. The level of professionalism, but still being able to feel like she had my back throughout the entire process like a close family member or friend would was remarkable. I always felt like I was her only client, which I know is not true. I also work weird hours, but Evelyn was there for me if I had questions at all hours of the day (with quick responses, may I add). I will absolutely be recommending Evelyn to ALL my family and friends without hesitation in the future!

Evelyn led my husband and I in the selling and buying processes. Her advice about preparing and staging our home was useful and was able to coordinate all showings for a time when we were out of town. It was great not to have the many interruptions and tidyings between showings. We listed the home near the top for the neighborhood and received an offer over asking with no appraisal and no inspection needed. Evelyn worked diligently on communication with the buyer to make sure everything was ready for closing, which went smoothly. For our purchase, she helped us find the right home within a few showings. Our offer for $5,000 below asking was accepted, which is unheard of in today's market. Again, closing went smoothly due to Evelyn's hard work on the details. She was sensitive to our family's needs and kindly gave our kids sweet gifts which was way above and beyond. We definitely recommend Evelyn!
