Julia Grathwol2 StarRead the contract carefully and pay in cash. I had no problems at all during my lease. No pests, decent price, and convenient to Hwy 521. My problems came when I called about a week before I was moving out, on the second day of the month. I was told the last month could not be prorated even though my belongings would only be there for 2 days into the month. Of course, they didn't mention that when I signed the lease. I agreed. However, I was charged the next month because they had record of me going to get the key on the second day. Ridiculous. I went back and forth with George and never actually spoke to the mysterious owners, asking if someone was waiting to move into my spot (which I doubt), why didn't they call me to say they were breaking the lock instead of charging me a whole month? I never heard back and filed a dispute with my bank and am now out a month's rent I didn't use. This place is not perfect. Pay in cash.Friday 23rd September 2016
Beth Smith5 StarGreat location, easy access to unit even with a trailer, always clean, never had a issue with rodents or bugs. It's well lit and feels safe including after dark. Manager is very pleasant. Been a tenant for almost 2 years. Would highly recommend.Friday 17th April 2015
