The staff here are fantastic. When moving in, the gentleman at the desk stayed late to help me access my unit as it was still locked. He was incredibly friendly and helpful. It's easy to get in and out of the facility. The place must be regularly monitored as I got a text not long after moving out asking if I moved out and if not to call them. While I had never worried about the security while I was a customer, that text message made me feel confident if I decide to store with this company again in the future. The only downside is that I wish customers had 24hr access, especially since a code is required to enter it just makes sense to me.

I was pleased with my experience at this specific location. I went to inquire about storage units & which size would fit for my items. I was helped by two gentlemen, Donald & Antione. They were very helpful & made my decision a lot easier. Great customer service. I highly recommend this location for anyone in need of storage space rental.

The reservation process online was super easy to navigate. Once I made my reservation, the facility manager, Donald, called me right away and walked me through the options to confirm I had selected the right size unit and worked with me to finalize the rental agreement/ lock in the rate. Moving in, in just a few days! Super easy and professional! I even downloaded the app!
