I would not recommend using this company. My husband and I placed an offer on a property that the seller/agent of the property initially rejected which was fine. We then counter offered with the exact numbers that the agent was hoping to get. The agents lack of communication and disrespect for my agent was unacceptable. He never returned phone calls. When he did respond, when my agent reached out to him, it was with one word dismissive texts. He hung up on my lender when he tried to talk to him. The property was nice but it was not worth all of the bs we were going through to get the deal done. I know the seller/agent put a lot of money into the renovation of the property, but there are several key factors that he neglected in the design that will prohibit him from getting the house appraised at the bottom line price he is looking for. If he ever sells the property it will be a miracle if his attitude and customer service is as poor as the treatment we received. Best of luck.

bought and sold and did not have a good experience with this company, the entire second half of the buying/selling process my agent went on vacation and left me to do pretty much the majority of her job. wouldn’t use this company ever again

So far, so good. Fairfax Realty has agreed to release a deposit from a purchase contract that never closed. I've executed their signed release and I'll update here if they follow through on their word! Update: Thanks Ana for your help. 5 stars earned. An 8 year old deal and Fairfax Realty honored their word.

This is a company full of idiots who are only barely capable of performing the minimum duties required. They make so many mistakes and missteps that it is truly amazing that they haven't been shut down.
