Floors Etc is awesome! After extensive water damage, we had to replace all the floors and the entire mater bathroom in our home. Mike Bolka absolutely nailed it! After talking with him, he got a good sense of what we wanted and helped us through the selection process. From D-day to complete restoration was over 9 nine months. Mike delivered on everything selection and we are extremely satisfied with how the hardwoods, carpet, and tile for the master bathroom. Of all the subs that worked on our project, Mike was the best to work with during this process. The team that installed the floors and tile was prompt, fast and did very good work. I would hire them any day. I highly recommend Mike and his team to anyone looking to makes upgrades or changes to the flooring in their home. Thanks Mike for making life a little easier to manage. I had a stair carpet runner installed in January 2021. Dealt with Matt Horwitz in the showroom. He was awesome to deal with. Super helpful in selecting the right carpet from their thousands of samples. He was great at keeping me focused on materials that would work for my style, budget, and application. The install guys were equally fabulous. Prompt, polite, neat, and extremely detail-oriented. I had used Floors, Etc. in 1994 for ALL of the flooring in a house I built. They are STILL the best in town.

We were fortunate to meet Roxanne Bowman, one of the design and sales representation with Floor Etc. Not only she is extremely knowledgeable, she is equally courteous and highly professional. She took her time to educate us on the carpet selection and gave many helpful hints Installation crew was also very professional, took lots of pain in doing an excellent job. We highly recommend Floor Etc and specially ask for Roxanne. Thank you Floor etc for doing a superb carpet installation job for our condo.

Extensive selection in showroom. Matt had samples ready for us to review when we arrived and was able to help us to decide on a flooring type and pattern. Quote was provided quickly with competitive pricing, and the work was completed as soon as the product was available. All around great experience and would highly recommend.
