BEWARE DO NOT TRUST THE STAR RATING OF OTHER STORAGE PLACES.
I’ve rented from another storage place and the whole experience was awful, further they took my phone to “confirm the number with something” and they actually rated themselves 5 stars! This completely rubbed me the wrong way and I wish I had trusted my gut because it was an overall terrible experience. However I can safely say this place is the exact opposite, especially thanks to the awesome work from Brad! And after finishing and securing the unit he didn’t ask to rate five stars or take my phone, rather just asked me to honestly fill out the text survey they’d send in the coming days. Such an honest and hard working guy I can’t praise him enough for his outstanding work!!
If you’re looking for a storage locker this is the place. Brad is a godsend and superstar. 9/10 recommend this place and it’s an easy 11/10 recommendation if Brad is there!!!!
Brad was extremely polite, concise, and easy to work with. He outlined the process and fees clearly and made the whole process super easy. In addition the facility was well maintained and clean.
Also, we incorrectly locked our unit, we essentially closed the door but didn’t push the latch all the way before we locked it so the unit was locked open. Brad called us the next morning to let us know the unit wasn’t locked. I was extremely impressed because our unit was on the 3rd floor and very out of the way so his attention to detail is outstanding!!
I’ve rented a storage locker from another company a few years ago and it was a complete redacted show If you know what I mean. This place couldn’t be any more different in a good way. Part of the reason I made this review so in-depth is because Brad made this whole process super easy whereas my last storage locker was like pulling teeth.
Overall would recommend go store it 9/10, and if you’re renting from this factory and Brad’s the manager easily 11/10 recommend!!!!

I feel compelled to share my unfortunate experience with Gostoreit in Cincinnati, especially after being a tenant at the facility for over 6 years, even before Gostoreit took over.
Unfortunately, my experience took a drastic downturn when a severe rodent infestation occurred in multiple units, including mine. This situation not only posed health concerns but also led to immense stress and frustration as I attempted to salvage my valuable belongings. Despite the efforts of Brad and the local team to assist, it became clear that there were major management issues that needed to be addressed.
Upon delving deeper into the issue, it was disheartening to uncover that the rodent infestation had transpired due to a lapse in pestcontrol measures. Even more concerning was the fact that the management acknowledged this lapse in pestcontrol. It's deeply disappointing that a situation of this magnitude, affecting multiple tenants, was treated with a lack of concern and responsibility from the management.
As a result of the dire circumstances, I made the difficult decision to leave the majority of my belongings in the unit and terminate my lease. While Brad's assistance was appreciated, it was evident that the response from higher management was inadequate. The issue was not given the gravity it deserved, and the proposed minor rent adjustment hardly addressed the significant losses I incurred.
This experience has left me profoundly dissatisfied with Gostoreit's handling of the situation. The lack of accountability, coupled with the management's apparent detachment from the real concerns of their tenants, is disheartening. As a long-time tenant who had initially chosen the facility due to its convenience and reputation, I am deeply saddened by the decline in service quality and accountability.
It's unfortunate that what should have been a reliable storage solution has transformed into a situation that requires legal intervention to seek fair compensation.
I urge potential tenants to exercise caution when considering Gostoreit Cincinnati, especially in light of the management's approach to addressing major issues that directly impact their customers' well-being.Wednesday 9th August 2023

Britta Mote1 StarPlease choose ANY other storage facility. I have never in my life experienced this level of poor customer service. And have never needed to write a review like this one.
Much like another reviewer, my belongings were ruined by rodent feces. I submitted a claim at the end of May, and after calling for nearly four months, they’ve only once answered the phone, and to no one’s surprise, the person I needed to speak to that handles this sort of thing “wasn’t there.” No one has ever reached out to me about my claim and they have refused to call me back.
My calls have been “escalated to a district manager” three times now and still no one has gotten back to me.
Unbelievably awful service + mice infestation = nightmare. Seriously don’t do business here.Wednesday 13th September 2023
